“Indigenous” explores belonging and interconnectedness. Formed from leaves and landscape, a woman’s dress dissolves into the path itself, reflecting the deep relationship between identity, place, and the natural world. Though not a Colorado native, this beautiful place is far more than a home—it is where I truly belong, where I feel empowered, grounded, and renewed. Painted with acrylic on layers of resin with added nature bits.
